This is my list of the best image describers, listed from best to worst, to used-to-be-good
1. Galaxy.AI’s Image Describer. Galaxy.ai has an image Describer that is SEO-Friendly, and you can tell it to do specific tasks, such as to describe it like a product description. (Although sometimes it won’t obey. Obey me, I say! Obey me!) There also isn’t any credits, so if you don’t like a description, you can generate it again! You can even put in multiple images, so if you’re in a rush, you can put in up to five images!

2. imagedescriber.online. imagedescriber.online is a good website for describing images. You can tell it to do tasks such as making the description an AI prompt, generate a marketing description, or even put in your own special needs, which Galaxy.ai doesn’t always handle well. But you can’t put in multiple images, or do unlimited tries.

3. Docsbot.ai’s image Describer. This image Describer is good for when you’re in a pinch. It may have a case of wanting you to sign up, but it’s pretty good. (Even though it seems to only work on computers.)

4. Pallyy’s describer. This image describer could be rated a 3.5 out of 5. It doesn’t do anything extraordinary, just has an area for your image, and an area for additional context, and a button to get a description. It also does have a case of saying, “Additional context says…” instead of blending the additional context in with the description.

5. Image To Text AI. This image Describer used to be very good, but nowadays, It just acts weird and the buttons don’t work on the page. It has a place to put in an image, a text box for how you want the AI to act, and a text box to give it tasks, similar to imagedescriber.online, and a generate button. Unfortunately now, when you tap the generate button, it shows “AI is generating…” for a while, then spits an alert at you saying, “Failed to describe image. Please try again later.” The sample image is also gone, now being your default “no image icon” with “Selected” as its alt text, with the only proof of it existing being the description below. This has also happened with the rest of the images on the page.

6. DescribePicture. It used to be quite good for people who weren’t signed up, but now you need an account for everything, and when it seems like something is open for people who aren’t signed in, it just spits out stuff like, “You’ve reached your usage limit. Upgrade to a higher plan to keep using our services without interruption.” “Message limit reached for guests. Please log in to continue chatting without limits” and more. Its image generator also acts weird, sometimes saying you had 1/5 attempts, even though you didn’t even join, and it isn’t Midjourney-level, or even Canva-AI-level! It’s ai chatbots and describers are better than their image generators, trust me.

PS: After this article was written, Image To Text AI became deprecated. I once made an archive but I can’t find it. Maybe I will find it another day!
